I’ve always wanted a feature wall. This is by no means finished as the beauty of it is you can add and take away things as you fancy. We quite like the seaside in our house so there’s slight theme. I haven’t gotten round to wiping off the picture of a ring and “santa baby…” on the chalkboard. Santa did good.
Beauitful flowers and a tulip
No nesting in here yet
M’s grandad’s boat in pride of place on the staircase, the only place it would fit!
Still finishing the dresser will update asap!
I love the idea of a feature wall. I sort of have one, except it’s full of Star Wars and LEGO posters! I think the beauty of a feature wall, though, is that you get to put whatever you want on it, no matter what that may be. If it makes you happy, go for it. If it brings you a smile, keep it. If it expresses you, put it up! š

Our lounge consists of three whole feature walls (which kind of defeats the object..) Above the panelling hangs all of my daughter’s oil paintings, so it’s more of a gallery than feature wall. Very personal and I love them all:)
